MG INTERNATIONAL
INDY - 96
This is the LARGEST MG meet in the history of North America!
Five MG Clubs have agreed to combine their annual meets into this
incredible event at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. As of April
15th, 1996, there were 1100 MGs pre-registered for this meet which
is scheduled for June 29th, 1996.
SPONSORS - DONORS - VENDORS
Sponsors, limited to ten, will receive a full page of
advertising in the official Indy 96 Handbook. No other
advertising will be accepted. This handbook is certain to be a
lifelong keepsake of this spectacular meet. Sponsors can send an
unlimited quantity of items for stuffing into the registration
packets. Send your full page advertisement (8 x 11) to John
Twist, event chairman, ASAP, as press day is 25th May. A sponsor
is a person, club, or business who offers a donation of $1000.
Donors, in exchange for their contribution to the auction,
may have their flyer, pamphlet, advertising sheet, or business
card stuffed into the registration packet.
Vendors may have their advertising stuffed into the
registration packet if they make a donation for the auction.
We ask all vendors to sign up EARLIEST. This will make our
planning for Thursday and Friday easier.
Sponsors and Donors must have their checks and/or donations
to the respective chairmen by 25th May! All flyers, business
cards, pamphlets, catalogues, &c (the stuffers for the
registration packs) must be received by David Farlow by 25th May
They MUST be addressed: MG International - Indy 96 c/o Farlow
Engineering. We will stuff 1500 registration packets, so please
send your items in that quantity!
