Thanks to all who responded on the idling question and the generator.
I have a buddy who just bought a '67 B in good shape. He intends to put in
Slick 50 on his first oil change. To his knowledge this engine has never had
the bottom end done but was freshened up on top. I told him I would checkk
on these types of products.
1. Do these types of additives work on lbc engines that are "chugging"
happily along?
2. What would be the downside of adding this type of product to the engine?
Opinions?
