I found a 1956 edition of "Maintaining the Breed" with its original
pink dust cover (the current reprint dust covers are white) for 5
bucks at a used bookstore in Davis, CA. The bookstore was one of
those "alternative lifestyle" ones, and since the book had to do with
cars, they had it stashed in the back and had no idea what it was
worth. Sometimes the New Age works in our favor.
