SCCA Solo-II rules for stock classes allow any amount of adjustment to the
front suspension that is within the adjustable range of the original factory
setup -- other modifications are not allowed.  Since the camber is not
adjustable on the MGA as it came from the factory, you're out of luck, no
adjustment is allowed.

In stock class you are allowed any front stabilizer bar you want and any
street legal tires (anything with tread).  Also the wheels can be any
material but must be within 1/4" of original width and offset and within 1/2"
of original diameter.  Shock absorber valving may be changed, but you have to
keep the original type of shock.
