The fenders on a B are bolted on and easy to replace. The
hardest part is re-installing the windshield and frame once the new
fender are on. Figure an hour removing the old and another hour putting
the new on and an hour jiggling them around to get the seems right and
a couple of hours (or eternity if your doing it yourself) removing and
replacing the windshield.
