Denny -
        Haven't had experience with the ones you mentioned, but I have
dealt
with Brit-Tek (1-800-255-5883) on several occasions.  They have the
downdraft setup for a little over $400.  Includes a Cannon header and
down pipe.  Nice guys to deal with on the phone, will discuss problems
and give advice.
