Regarding radiator leaks: I took a chance and cleaned my best looking
radiator and painted it. Put it on my bugeye Sprite, and there were a
couple of leaks from pinholes, with water shooting a foot or more. Within
a few days, the leaks stopped, and have never reappeared. A friend had
the same experience with his bugeye Sprite.

Both of us are at 5 years now and counting with no leaks.

I think it is a clear example of "spontaneous healeying" or perhaps "faith
healeying" You be the judge.
