Come on, it's not that bad. To put the frame with new seal back on the
car:
Get help from 1 or 2 friends.  Cover the cowl (is that the right
term?) with rags, then lower the frame.  Then, as you continue to lower
the frame, pull the rags forward to pull the seal out to the front.
That's it.
