My son and I both have Pioneer radio / casettes in our MG's. Both of us have
4X15 watt units. His is the KEH 2500, mine the KEH 3500 (both have removable
fronts). He has two 6x9 coaxial's in the rear. I have two 6 inch coaxial's. I
also have two tiny Pioneer tweeters mounted on the windscreen top corners
(great imaging). You don't notice them when the top's up but, they shine when
the top's down.
We both can hear them very well, top up, top down, any speed. Very enjoyable.
Sean's 6x9's sound like he has a subwoofer.
You really need a good radio in a convertable.
