If you don't have the speaker holes to get through - then try one of the
following:
1 - go to a lock smith and see if then can fit a "slim-jim" between the
trunk lid and the actual body. If the lock barrel has fallen out, the
locksmith should be able to get to the back of the spring-loaded catch.
You may also just be able to get to this catch through the hole where the
lock barrel should be.
2 - if all else fails try getting to the catch through the fuel tank
filler neck. You would have to remove the fuel tank - but the hole for
the filler neck (in the trunk floor) is big enough to get your arm
through.
The last thing I would do is start drilling holes in the trunk lid.
