I think it's time to take a look at your heater core. Seems likely you
have a leak in there. The heater core is in the black box at the back of
the firewall inside the engine compartment. It ain't a lot of fun to
pull the heater box out as you have to disconnect some plumbing and a
cable through the exhaust vent on the passenger (right) side of the
trans tunnel.
