I have one of the Moss repro wheels on my MGA MkII. I was replacing a
wood aftermarket wheel (don't get excited, anyone, it was a cheapo MGB
piece of garbage, not a Nardi), so I can't tell you how closely it
matches the original. All of the originals I've seen since have been in
similar condition to yours, but as far as they compare, the Moss one
looks exactly like the ones I've seen. Mine has held up well for ten
years, no cracks, yet.

I think the larger wheel looks more vintage and original, but it has a
practical side, too. It gives you more leverage to turn the wheels. It
does have some spring to it, and it wouldn't hold up to major abuse, but
it seems strong enough for every day driving.
