Whats the straight skinny on pollution credits?I've heard they are worth
$7~10000 to the companies that buy them,I've heard they are traded in
the stock market also If i can buy your old car for $300 and crush it
and get $7000 for the pollution credit THATS the reason for the "clunker
laws" follow the money and someone will get rich from this,the clean air
act of 1991 that allowed pollution swaping should be overturned and then
some sanity may come back...Pat
