Ah, but, Mark, you only "think" you know what the "other" list is! It's not
a Corvette list!!

Although I had a beautiful '73 Stingray that I thoroughly enjoyed. Long
story about why I sold it.... I wish I still had it: only 'vette with
plastic front and chrome rear bumpers.

It was amazing vehicle. I could camp for a week and carry everything but the
8x10 Coleman tent....all a matter of packing things in scrunchable bags, and
putting my boots in the space above the gas tank! Two cases of cerveza
looked great on the luggage rack and the t-tops were in the cargo area. I
carried a passenger, too! The 'vette held more than my VW.

But I digress...

I subscribe to the f-body list -- 1st and 2nd gen Firebirds and Camaros.
It's a habit. I sold my 68 Firebird on that list last September after I
realized it needed more attention than I could afford in $$ at the time.
I've just kept up with the people there. I learn some good, practical things
by reading -- when the posters aren't comparing ET's on the strip, blowers, etc.

So, now you know my secret!

Carol

PS I still want my Stingray back, in addition to an MG!
