This was the one thing about MG ownership that disturbed me when I
bought my first one, just under 2 years ago. I had the Fiat Spiders (4
of them) for 6 to 8 years prior and was able to lower or raise the hood
from the drivers seat at a traffic lite in under 10 seconds. I have
since grown acustomed to the MG hoods and would not trade my Bs for a
fleet of Fiats. My 63 Galaxie's electric top was very cool also(that
