Check Hemmings Motor News. There are a number of outfits who
specialize in used MG parts and would probably have a manifold.

Your exhaust should not be rigidly mounted. There should be a
flexible strap holding it up just behind the front muffler (resonator?).
At the back, there is a complex collection of rubber shock mounts and
bits of metal which you can buy from Moss or VB. A lot of muffler shops
just replace this part with a muffler clamp to whatever part of the
body is convenient. The proper parts for this setup are inexpensive
comparted to the cost of a manifold.
