For those of you who are (or may be) interested in the travels, and
trevails, of some of your fellow list members...
There is already a home page set up, although only in its infancy, for our
Alaska '97 trip:

You can read about me OR you can (PLEASE) select the Alaska 97 trek. Take a
look and see if you might have some other additions to what our wonderful
webmaster (Wayne Kelly, Esq.) has come up with on his own!
As I type, the site is very virginal, and please understand that. We will
have photos in place as we leave San Antonio, and I expect to be adding to
the site on a several-times-a-week basis. Mr. Kelly will provide info and
photos as we are able to supply him with them. And don't be surprised if
you view some outlandish artwork. He is an incredible artist...even using
the mouse.
This page oughta' be a lot of fun, for us, and for you all.
Being a great believer in Brit Cars, I'm sure we will go through at least
one engine rebuild. That belief doesn't take into consideration our driving
the Dalton Highway -- to Prudhoe Bay. If there is ANY glass left on ANY of
the cars, I will be very surprised! (Shhh! You didn't read that!!!) (Not
here!)

Lest I forget, we do have one company who responded/reacted to a message I

My first choice for a tent was a Kelty Domolite-6. I wrote Kelty, and they
are working with me on getting the tent. I will post this story on the
web-site.
Hope to hear from you all while we are on the road... You know... letters
from Mom, and the like!
We want to share as much of this trip as we are able to do so. It IS the
trip of a lifetime!!
