Exactly my point...If the carb is rebuilt and it has a clean cat. converter,
the car will pass emissions.  I studied smog check II, and the best way to
pass it is with a clean car, not exactly what emissions people want to hear.
 The air pumps and stuff help, but they aren't exactly the final
cure...Passing emissions is relatively easy if you have a clean, complete
car...
