Now you've done it. LBC owners, of all people, should be very much aware
that passing emissions (is that the right color vacuum hose connected to
the engine strangler unit?) and running clean are two entirely different
things.
The best thing that could be done to clean up the air is abolish smog
equipment checks, and go by what comes out the tailpipe. I'll gladly smog
my cars on a dyno if the hood stays closed.
