whilst there may well be a school of thought that decries the
installation of speakers at all. . . . . it is not a difficult job and
you dont need to undo any of the door internals
when you take the panel off you will see that the lower corner of the
door nearest the hinges has a convenient cutout into which the back of a
speaker neatly fits! - its just a matter of lining up your cut with this
hole - then feed the wires through the hunge opening into the interior
and thence to the radio.
a neat alternative if the speakers are small is to put them behind the
seats in the side trim then feed the wire along the floor - you only then
cut a blind panel instead of a door panel, aesthetically more pleasing!
