Jet-Hot coatings are another alternative.  This ceramic coating is very
durable, and is flow coated both inside and out the header or manifold. 
It is designed to retain heat in the header, provide corrosion
resistance, and a nice finish.  Cool stuff.  I had my manifold done with
it, I think it's great.
