oil loss

On the way home today i suffered a total loss of oil pressure
when i got home i checked the oil level and found none in the engine after
topping it up started it up and had pressure for a few seconds then lost
all oil again.I then noticed the coolant system was pressurized upon
checking it found the coolant full of oil. Has this happened to anyone else
usually when a head gasket went before the coolant ended in the oil .
