i'd like to find a hardtop for my 73 b. it doesn't get terribly
cold here in sc, so i could probably get by with the soft top--but
i'd still like to find a hardtop. the proper mg advertises quite
a nice top, but it is quite expensive. anyone have any other
suggestions?
how difficult would it be to fabricate a fiberglass hardtop to fit
the car? i've had very little experience working with fiberglass, and
am not sure how difficult a project it would be. i thought about
attempting to use a stowable top frame as the skeleton for a hardtop,
and working the fiberglass around this--maybe using cardboard or a light
plasticfor internal support. any ideas on this would be appreciated.
