OK, it's been almost a week since I ask for info from the group. I'm
trying to pace myself, but inquiring minds need to know..
In the front of the frame there is a hole on each side just in front of
the attachment points for the anti-sway bar and about 2 inches from the
front edge. They are 7/32-20 threaded and have nothing in them. Could
there have been a brace between the frame rails??
I am going to be replacing the front wheel bearings (Wire Wheels) soon
and I recall a post regarding roller bearing replacements. Is this
something I should consider or will the ball bearings that have lasted
for 28 years be just as good ? Anybody got part numbers for the rollers
and seals?
