This one bummed me out...
Anyone had this happen to them? I went to change the oil on my 1500
Midget (77) and when I removed the filter, after draining the oil, it
looked like it had not had any oil ran through it. Normally there is
still some dirty oil in the filter, but I took it off, turned it upside
down, and....nothing came out. What does this mean? The oil filter is a
croswell? supplied by a local shop through beck-arnley. As I just bought
another, I want to know if it could have something to do with the filter
type before I proceed to install. I hate to think I drove a couple
thousand miles with no filtering of the oil.
