I used aerosol "instant engine start" ( and WD40 once) for the same
reason, carefully spraying it around the inlet sucks volatiles in and
the engine goes nuts! (it also creates a lot of smoke- careful you
don't get the spray into the air filter - this negates the leak
searching!)  - however it's "Kiss your sweet a** goodbye" if the can
goes up!

Does this mean bubbles coming out of the exhaust pipe means the inlet
manifold is leaking?
(grin)- is washing up liquid that tenacious?- i'll use it instead of
oil, Nannette (sp) Newman never mentioned whether it was single or
multigrade!
