So this 1 point difference... are we sure it's 1 full point... e.g. from 9.0
: 1  to  10.0 : 1  
or does the point system work like home loan points... e.g. from 9.0 : 1  to
 9.1 : 1 ?
One FULL percent in compression is indeed a significant amount of
compression.  The best part of it, if it is true, is that you don't have to
pay any commission to the sellers/buyers agent.
