>From what you've described, I wouldn't give half of what is being asked. A
truly "excellent" 69 B, which should need nothing at all to be an excellent
daily driver and potentially win a few ribbons in the club shows would cost
$6000. Concours quality cars go for $9K to $12K or so. The biggest
concern is the structual rigidity of the body and home made rockers and pop
rivets/brazing sounds like the worst possible bodge. Keep looking.
