To be downright honest, the OD is waay out of the car.  It was a spare given to 
me 
with my '77.  The one in the '77 went great until I split it in half in the 
wreck.  
So, I don't know wheter it's rattling or grinding, or even how many miles are 
on it. 
 I'd just like to have it worked over before I spend the time pulling the 
engine and 
reinstalling it.  I haven't checked the fluid yet either.  So...Anyone else 
have 
theirs serviced?  I'm thinking at least new seals, but what else wears in a 
tranny, 
given normal use?
