BGT Half Shaft Nuts Driving Me Nuts!

Can anyone help with the folowing?  I'm replacing the diferential on my '67BGT
(wires) and am trying to remove the hub and brakes.  However, the hub nut will
not budge.  I have broken two 1/2" drivre breaker bars.  I have used
penetrating oil.  I have used a torch.    I'm happy to cut the nut out as I
don't care about the half shaft, but I don't want to injure the hub itself. 
Any suggestions?
