The MG 'Best of British' programme can be bought over the counter here
in the UK. I don't know the name of the producer off hand but I do
know that it could be obtained from the MG Owner's Club here in the
UK, email <mginfo@mgownersclub.co.uk> and the MG Car Club
<http://www.mgcars.org.uk/mgcc/index.html>. Think it cost around £12.

It ought to be possible to get a standards conversion from PAL to NTSC
 - check out your yellow pages for this.
