Greetings listers!
I recall reading an article on this list regarding drilling holes in the
transmission crossmember to allow access to the tranny mounting flange
bolts. Can anyone refresh my memory on this?
As I'm slowly stripping down the engine for removal to predicate the OD
installation, I get to thinking that maybe I'll do a couple of other things,
in addition to repainting the underhood area while the engine's out, I'm
wondering about a header to replace the original cast iron manifold.
Comments, thoughts from those who have - and recommendations on types...
Ditto on the Alloy rocker cover. What's the best price anyone's seen? Also,
how about braided oil cooler hoses. Moss list's 'em, I'm just wondering if
anyone's seen these items elsewhere at reasonable prices.
