I've replaced 2 windshields. Taking them off and on is not that hard. Just
loosen the dash to get to 2 of the 4 bolts which are not very accessible
while the dash is in place. Make sure you use lots of soapy water when
fitting the new windshield and it's gasket back into the frame. When you
bolt the assy back in place, make sure the windshield is aligned properly
with your top. There is a small amount of play you can achieve before
tightening the 4 bolts.
