Some time ago Joseph Ciencicott wrote: "Does anyone know a North American
supplier of Smiths voltmeters and ammeters?"........etc.
I have not seen a reply to his question so here is what I have found out:
XKs UNLIMITED in San Luis Obispo are the suppliers here on the West coast.
I sent them an E-Mail and received the following reply.
"We have a FREE Smiths instruments catalogue & a 300 page catalogue of
Jaguar parts that is $6.00 refunded towards your first purchace. We would be
happy to send you either or both if you could let us know which you prefer &
send us the needed cc# if it is the Jaguar catalogue. Thank you".
I replied that I wished them to send the FREE catalogue and it arrived today.
It is an eight-page illustrated catalogue complete with prices. It also
includes Lumination Ignition Systems which should be very interesting to
those who are contemplating replacing the Lucas points system on their MG's.
They describe this system as " 3 simple steps to trouble free happy motoring".
