in which we all dwell!! (usually happily...)
Where do you live? it may be possible for someone on the list to go and
see the car with you, there are myriad pitfalls to look for although
provided
the car is not badly rusted, pretty much everything else is fixable.

Alternatively, see if you can obtain a copy of "MGB Guide to Purchase and

Restoration" by Lindsey Porter - if you buy the car you'll need it
anyway!!
