Look on the bright side, at least nobody has asked
what MOWOG stands for in a while ;>!  I agree,
though I have been a participant in off-topic
threads in the past (anyone remember BEER?). I
think they're getting a bit too frequent and maybe
we should try and limit these a bit, please.

Yes, I can hit the delete button and am not
bothered by the bandwidth thing, but remember,
it's Mark's server that we're clogging with
unrelated material.  It also discourages people
from responding to serious questions, such as
Tom's.  Just my $.02.

monetary loss, or $500, whichever is greater, for
