Ah, this is a good one! This is also popular at the VW shows,
especially among the Bus owners. The main rules are that the drivers
absolutely cannot touch the brakes. You can do pretty much anything
else though, including disabling a couple cylinders, idling the engine
way down, carrying many many people or a heavy load, put larger diameter
rims on, etc etc. If the engine stalls, the driver is out. If the
driver touches the brakes, he/she is DQ'ed. Usually a referee walks
alongside the contestants to make sure that no brakes are touched.
This would be a good non-destructive one :-)
