Definitly "degree" the cam. The reason is the cam you have is a re-ground
stock cam. In the process of re-profileing the new grind, the original
centerline may have been lost, due to the process. Thus the original
timing marks may (and probably are) off from where the cam is indexed.
 Not degreeing in the cam will very likely negate any advantage to the
new profile and it's even possible to have an engine that actually is
down on power over the stock cam, simply due to improper cam timing.
 The biggest advantage to the adjustable sprocket, vs ofsett keys, is
that the cam cam be more precisely set, and can relativly easily be
re-set to compensate for timing chain wear.
