Nick,
Are your dampers filled with the same amount of the same liquid?
If you're not sure, try dumping bot of them out, cleaning the
dashpot, and filling them with the oil Of Your Choice. Most folks
like 20w-50, but auto tranny fluid and other wieghts of oil work well
also...
