Kevin, don't know about blowing the lines with air, but you can use a
shop vac to suck new fluid through the lines from the master cylinder to
the slave cylinder. Just get a 35mm film can, a piece of hose put into
the bottom of the film can, film can on vac hose, power on, and make sure
the master cylinder stays full.
