Bill the cost of new may be as much as fixing your present radiator
but consider the following.

If you fix the present one you can have it cored with a 4 tube core, I
think that the Moss replacement is a 3 tube core.  Additionally the
radiator shop can deal with the filler tube that you wanted to change.
