I just had a new set of 185/70's put on my stock '73 B. They fit and look
great.
No clearance problems at all.
The added benefit is that this is a common size, and thus less expensive.
As far as brand, I can't tell you. I got some "generic" 'Multi-mile' tires,
made by Kelly, and they seem fine for my purposes.
