Greeting from a Triumph TR4A IRS owner!
My name is Tom Winslow and I live in North Carolina near the northern end of
Lake Norman. I am 56 years old and have been addicted to LBCs for most of my
life. I am the MIS manager for Prodelin Corporation, maker of commercial
satellite communications equipment, and I manage a WAN that consist over 100
users. My hobbies are my 1966 triumph TR4A IRS, my two 1968 TR250 project
cars, my 1974 GMC Motorhome, woodworking, photography, buying/selling on
eBay, and antiques.
Why am I on the MGS list? Well, last month my wife and I took the 1966 TR4A
(SOB) to the MGS On The Green at Davidson, North Carolina. While there my
wife fell in love (with and MGB). We are now the proud owners of an 1980 MGB
LE in like-new, unrestored condition (that I paid too much for). So here I
am.
I hope to learn more about MGS and meet some fine folks.
You should see the wife (we are talking about a 55 year old woman here) in
her MGB - they are one. I believe that she likes the MGB better than she does
the dog!
