Horns for 78B

I'm still fairly new at this.  I have found most of my problems being that 
the PO decided he know what was better and wired around the horns with 
speaker wire.  I have traced out all the wires and got them back together. 
 1 horn is shot and the other was replaced with an Chevy horn.  The horn 
that was blown was original and was a high note horn.  Are both horns high 
note?  or is one high and one low?  Can any one help?
