When new, all MGA had bias ply tires and inner tubes. The steel disk
wheels are sealed, so if you use the fatter Ford style valve stem you can
use tubless tires.

I also hear that British Wire Wheel can supply new spoke wheels in tubless
form, done by adding a heavy layer of silicone sealant ofer the spoke
nipples. A substantial number of people suggest that you should not try
that with old wheels, with concern for the ability of the sealant to stick
to a dirty or rusty surface.

A substantial number of people will also say that you should always use
tubes with MGA wheels regardless, because they are not safety rims. I
myself have been running tubless tires on steel wheels for the last 130,000
miles with no problem, including lots of gravel roads and a considerably
amount of serious autocrossing. But in the interest of avoiding flame wars
on this list, I make no such recommendation.
