Sounds like a dream garage, work area, etc.  The more space you have though,
the mores stuff you tend to collect.  Not only the LBC but also the big
screen TV, pool table, etc., etc.

You could use concrete paint.  There is a certain amount of maintenance
required as high traffic areas become worn over time.  This was already
mentioned in a separate post.  It just means having to repaint the worn
areas every year or so.  Also, it is advisable to mix in sand when painting
the floor to act as a scuffed surface to prevent slips and falls.
Otherwise, if or when the floor gets wet, you may have an unintended indoor
skating rink or close facsimile thereof. Sounds like the floor would get
very wet from all the drool from others on the list.  Enjoy the space.
