I heard that the price went up. I still only pay $50 for my URL. Maybe I
am under a grandfather clause or something.

Registration of a domain name is $70 USD for two years, and $35/year after
the initial two years. I wouldn't bet Mr. Parker is going to give it up...
he is actually using it for things. And the fact that the contact address
bounces doesn't mean anything, he may simply have switched emails... here
are a few servers utilizing the mgb.com name.

int-gw.mgb.com (208.208.144.1)
cbv-gw.mgb.com (208.208.144.4)
ns.mgb.com (208.208.144.10)
mgb_www.mgb.com (208.208.144.19)
208.208.144.6
208.208.144.7
208.208.144.21

You ping the IP addresses, sometimes the Reverse DNS will resolve, but not
always. IMHO, the owner of the domain is most likely using it for an
intranet behind a firewall... the firewall being 208.208.144.1 which is
probably why most address within that same IP Block are unreachable.

Cheers,
