Finally getting a chance to do some "real" MG shopping. Tomorrow I'm going
to check out a '72 MGB. Has a hard top, needs new soft top. Owner says
transmission, clutch, engine & interior in good shape. He says it backfires
and he thinks the carburetor needs to be "boiled out". (What exactly does
that mean? Has a roll bar and new (200 mi.) tires. Asking $2800.
Any helpful advice out there?
