FYI,
Pulled the dash from the '77B (much less time than last time) and, after a
bit of a hassle, managed to remove the wiper drive assembly. The center
wheelbox is frozen solid. How? Why? Beats me! It worked fine early in the
week. It refuses to budge even after copious quantities of PBBlaster. Tried to
locate a new one through some of the list folks, but had no luck. Have managed
to locate a used one (three on a cable actually).
Anybody have some scoop on what's best to use for lubrication on these
creatures?
