Heater Control Parts

Just finished Bob Muenchausen's article on improving your heater through
work on the control valve.  Its easy,  but open the unit carefully and
loosen the diaphragm carefully.

Looking inside reminded me that I have a few valves which I had to replace
at $30 just   because the diaphragm was shot.  Does anybody know of a source
for these diaphragms?
